Added Skins plugin (your skin should show up automatically now, if not try /skin set username with any username you like to take their skin. It will be visible to others immediately, you will not see it unless you relog.)

Did more tweaking with mob spawner settings
Heavily lowered spawn rates for dwarven guardian and flaaffy, no more constant lightning pls
Lowered Thief health by 3/4 and attack by 60% to make it more annoying than harmful/actually defeatable by skilled starters since it walks faster than you run
Added drops to thief, drops small amounts of valuable items and speed potions
